We have no problem recommending this company.
Great job done completely replacing our guttering, fascia’s and soffits. Michael came out very quickly to quote a competitive price and was booked in the next week, work was completed very quickly to a visibly high standard and no mess left at all. Transformed the appearance of our house too compared to the old guttering - both very happy and would 100% recommend. Thank you
Great service from Potteries Facias yesterday. Leaking guttering was fixed within a few hours of my call. Friendly and helpful even though they were getting soaked in the pouring rain. Would definitely call them again and would highly recommend.
Following a nightmare experience with a different local company, I contacted potteries fascias and I cannot praise their customer service enough. I had someone over the very next day to fix the guttering issue. Michael was an absolute star and sorted the problem immediately.
Very impressed with the service and customer care. Would recommend to anyone with a guttering or roofing issue. 5 stars without a doubt!
In Norton Heights, I had a minor but hard-to-reach broken gutter. Called these guys and it was fixed in under 2 hours! Recommended.

Great job done yesterday to fix my leaking guttering. These guys didn't try to rip me off. Would recommend and I will definitely use them again.
I contacted Potteries Facias to repair the bordering on my roof that had come away, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.
They arranged an appointment at a time that suited me — the very next day — and completed the work quickly to a high standard with a neat, professional finish. When I asked whether they could carry out some additional jobs on the roof while they were there, they were happy to oblige and provided fair, reasonable quotes for each task on the spot.
What really impressed me came a little later in the week. My neighbour raised a concern about the route our new guttering had taken, and without any fuss or additional charge, Potteries Facias returned that same week to make the necessary alterations. That level of after-care and customer focus is rare, and it made a real difference.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Potteries Facias to anyone, and we will certainly be calling on them again for any future roofing work.
I required replacement PVC soffits, fascia’s, Caps to replace the old wooden structure. I researched the local area and discovered Stoke Fascias Ltd.
Micheal called and he gave a very competitive quote and answered any questions relating to the work to be completed. He also showed examples of the materials to be used. Work commenced the following week and Michael kept me informed throughout each stage of the progress.
The installation was completed to a very high standard and they and removed any debris at regular intervals. These guys also go out their way to ensure you’re happy at every stage of completion. Overall, very pleased with the quality finish and service and can easily recommend to anyone looking for high quality finish at a competitive price.

I rang potteries facias today after having two no shows from other tradesmen. They came out same day and fixed the issue there and then, after explaining what was required and how much it would cost. Fully recommended.
Excellent job done by Potteries Fascia, can highly recommend.
I called Potteries Fascias on Friday Evening, the very next day Michael visited to looks at what we could do the property, we agreed a fair and competitive price and first thing Sunday morning he was here to measure up ready to work this morning (Monday).
Michael, Ashley & John did a brilliant job turning it from looking old and dilapidated to looking brilliant. They were respectful, hard working & well mannered lads and I will definitely be calling again when it is time to update the back the house.
Many thanks guys!
My mum had some previous work done on her house and was sadly ripped off. Put a message on Potteries Fascias website and was called back promptly. Explained to Michael over the phone what the issue was with mum's guttering and he popped down the next day, reassured mum that he wasn't going to rip her off, gave her a couple of prices - one for just replacing the leaking part and another for replacing 3 parts, cleaning and re-siting the guttering to ensure a good flow. Michael and Ashley arrived with another fella on Friday morning just before 8am, and we're done by 9.15am! All done, gutters cleaned and tested. They tidied up too, taking away the broken pieces. So professional, and they did such a good job, my mum is over the moon and will definitely use them again for other jobs. Thank you so much for explaining everything that you would do and actually living up to your promises. Definitely deserves the 5 star rating!! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Michael and his team done a brilliant job repainting out side of the house, and replacing the old guttering. Michael gave me options on what could be done and what would work the best and kept me informed throughout. Our home has great curb appeal now and was for a fair price too! Would recommend without hesitation , very happy work is a brilliant standard, turned up when they said they would
I called to have the gutters cleaned, very prompt response and got the job booked in quickly. The team were polite and friendly on arrival. The job was completed quick but thorough, they were very efficient and professional. Couldn't have asked for more from the team as they went above and beyond. The team even re-attached the gutter to the wall, after noticing one of the screws was missing. Would 100% recommend and will re-use in future!
Highly recommend Potteries Fascias! We had all our guttering and dry verge caps replaced and the lads were brilliant. Turned up at the time they stated, were hard working and cleared up after themselves, will definitely be using them again for future work.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for guttering, fascia or roof repairs. The three gentlemen who came to my property Michael, Ashley and Steve were the most hard working people you could have to do work on your property they turned up on the time and after they had finished the work made sure that the property was left clean and tidy. The price quoted was excellent too. A huge thanks to all of you and the fact that Michael was a Liverpool fan the same as me well just says it all. 🙂
From the first call to the finished job, Michael and Ashley were the most hardworking and pleasant guys you could want to do your work. The quote was very good (no rip off) they arrived on time and started straight away and hardly stopped until the job was finished. I was also impressed with the work they did and how tidy they were. a massive thumbs up, and I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks guys shame Michael is a Liverpool fan, haha 😄
After being left with no guttering and fascias that didnt fit, by previous guys who had started some work for me, Michael came to my rescue. He was lovely, so kind and understanding, and actually did the work the next day, as he could see how stressed I was. Michael and his son Ashley did a fabulous job putting right the mess I had been left with. Michael also kindly tacked some shed roofing felt onto the top of a bay window that I had bought to protect it, as the other guys had left it opened to the elements. Their workmanship and pride in their work shows.
£1,800 for semi-detached house guttering fascias and soffits all round in anthracite grey.

Very hard working guys that fitted our gutterings and facias a few weeks back. Hadn’t had time to post a review ,but had noticed during a heavy rainfall it appeared to be leaking recently. They took my call and came around within a few days and noted it wasn’t a fault ,but had a build up of moss due to recent thunderstorms rain dislodging them off the roof tiles. So alls good the guttering looks superb ,the after fitting service was also superb. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that I knew ,10 out of 10.
